118.If you're with your family or something, and you're at a buffet, spend most of the time acting like you're picky, and walk around the buffet tables. Then just get a little something and spit it in your cup or something. Sneak in some exercise too while you're walking

The idea is that each time you see the ribbon you remember your goal, and hopefully it stops you breaking your targets!
